Placement Guarantee Program — Terms & Conditions

Read like a spec sheet: twelve clauses, each one a condition that keeps the guarantee live. Tap any row to expand it.

The Placement Guarantee applies only to students who:

  • Successfully clear the Preliminary Aptitude Assessment.
  • Are admitted under the Placement Guarantee Track.
  • Have completed all required documentation and fee payments.

Students must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance throughout the training program.

Students failing to meet attendance requirements may lose Placement Guarantee eligibility.

Students must:

  • Complete all assignments.
  • Submit all project work.
  • Pass internal assessments.
  • Successfully complete the final evaluation.

Failure to meet performance requirements may result in removal from the Placement Guarantee Program.

Students must successfully complete all mandatory projects assigned during the course.

Incomplete projects may disqualify the student from placement support under the guarantee.

Students must maintain professional behavior during:

  • Classes
  • Practical Sessions
  • Interviews
  • Employer Interactions

Any misconduct may lead to termination of placement benefits.

Students must:

  • Participate in mock interviews.
  • Maintain an updated resume.
  • Maintain an updated portfolio.
  • Attend placement preparation sessions.

Students must attend all interviews arranged by MicroSkill Lab.

Repeated interview absences or refusals without valid reason may void the Placement Guarantee.

The Placement Guarantee is considered fulfilled when a student receives and accepts a suitable employment offer related to the training domain.

Placement opportunities may include roles such as: Embedded Engineer, Embedded Software Developer, Firmware Engineer, IoT Developer, Electronics Design Engineer, Validation Engineer, Test Engineer, Application Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Junior R&D Engineer.

Students may be required to attend interviews or accept opportunities within reasonable geographic locations where placement opportunities are available.

Placement timelines may vary based on student performance, market conditions, hiring cycles, and employer requirements.

MicroSkill Lab will continue providing placement assistance until the placement guarantee obligations are satisfied, subject to compliance with all program requirements.

The Placement Guarantee does not apply if the student fails assessments, has poor attendance, does not complete projects, rejects suitable job opportunities, fails to attend interviews, provides false information, or violates institute policies.
